Yeah, I saw the offical announcement earlier this year. But it took longer to get the extended edition trailer than usual.
It's like being a drug addict. Every year for several years I'd get a new trailer for the next film and have something to look forward to. But with the EE due next month, visuals were hard to come by this time.
And after this, no more LOTR to get excited about. I'll have to find a new obsession. I'm thinking of making wooden shoes for marmosets.
