"Ginormous" is not a word. It is especially not a word used to describe the magnitude of the Cranberries song "Linger".

Sexy
Odoriferous
Awesome
Likable
Suckable
Buxom
Tinkly
Fat-bottomed
Mucousy
Four out of five doctors agree that anal insertion is not recommended.
Okay, maybe you should say that last one.
